So, my and *twinfools relationship yes?...good.

SO! For J-Fest last month all three of us (:devvandorwolf included) went with GA uniforms : D
I had wanted to cosplay Maguri ever since I put Maora on and when "...fack, OTL". Love Maora but it wasn't something I enjoyed wearing.

So when J-Fest came up I need a cosplay that I could move freely in but still showed that I have basic sewing skills (since I was helping host a sewing panel, ha!) So I thought this would be an awesome time to cosplay Maguri. And twin and Nova were up for GA-ing with me which was love <3

I really love Maguri (though I have no idea why X'D ) he is just awesome in his own little fail way

Since we were "working" during the con we didn't do any photos and spent the down time just blocking halls and talking (which we could do because STAFF PASS IS AWESOME! MUAHAHAHA!)

Costume Info

Jacket
Materials - White Cotton twill & Black Rozalin Satin
- the entire jacket is lined to hid all the stitching marks (ew, stitch marks). All the trim is bias tape that I make from the same material (R.Satin) as the black decals on the jacket. The jacket has two side slits and a back slit as well.

Camo shirt
Materials - light weight cotton camo print
- After searching for the better part of a year I broke down and made a dress shirt...*sigh* I went hardcore on this bad boy! All top stitched in black, interfaced up the yazoo, buttons (double button cuffs) and even that stupid little back pleat thing they have... OTL

Ribbon
A velvet ribbon trim, and the white claps was make by putting two hoddie draw string clips together and painted, ha!

Patterns
(I'm putting this here only to avoid duplicate questions)
I'm a sewing butcher, it is very rare that I use patterns. I find it takes longer and I don't like my results with them. So!
No Patterns were used, if I do use patterns I will post the maker and number here <3

when we made our GA Cosplays we bought all our fabric together. Doing this is an awesome plus when making group costumes, even more so when your dealing outside of black and white <3
